Tell Marion County Commissioners we condemn this wasteful lawsuit “seeking clarity” on Oregon’s Sanctuary Laws over public records. Marion County taxpayers expect our money to be spent wisely, that Commissioners collaborate with other government leaders for clarity, and that political theater has no place in our county’s business. This lawsuit is divisive and a bad use of county legal resources.
