Public comments by Exec. Committee member Marcia Kelley in support of Salem’s Livability Levy

Marion County Democratic Party Executive Committee member Marcia Kelley made a public comment in support of Salem’s Livability Levy on February 24. Marcia tells us about an important program that already exists for Salem’s seniors and people with disabilities who may be concerned they can’t afford Salem’s Livability Levy.

The Marion County Democrats endorse a YES vote on the Salem Livability Levy.
