Think globally, act locally. Climate change is real and will take us all, from individual to county, we all have a role to play in addressing climate change. Join us for lunch to see what’s next.
“What’s Next for Clean Energy?”
During the recent legislative session, movement forward on Clean Energy was ended when GOP Senators, opposed to the bill, refused to vote on the issue. So, what is next for Clean Energy at a time when it is clear that the clock is ticking on global climate change – some science indicates we have only 11 years left to turn things around. We will hear from Tera Hurst, the Executive Director of Renew Oregon, about what comes next, starting with the short session in 2020.
